The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program transforms working professionals into leaders who thrive amid the challenges, changes and opportunities of today’s workplace. As the first multidisciplinary graduate leadership program in the country, we’ve build an outstanding reputation over the past 30 years by responding to the changing needs of our students and their workplaces, constantly adapting our curriculum to prepare leaders for tomorrow’s needs today. Through a unique blend of coursework in leadership, ethics, intercultural competence, organizational development, business, communication, economics and personal development, we challenge students to grow as ethical, effective and enduring leaders.
Students may choose from the following concentrations for an MAOL degree or graduate certificate:
- Ethics and Leadership
- Dispute Resolution
- Healthcare Leadership
- Information Services and Technology
- Library Leadership (certificate only)
- Spirituality and Leadership
- Strategic Management
A dual MAOL/JD degree is offered in collaboration with Mitchell l Hamline School of Law.
