Heal Your Body – Meditation Training (6 weeks) 

When your body hurts everything in life hurts. Start 2016 with a body that feels good and ready to enjoy the new year! During this 6-week class, you’ll learn meditation and energy wellness techniques that will leave you feeling healthy, strong and relaxed. Each session provides new insight on how to use meditation for preventative wellness and to heal and comfort your body when it’s needed most.

Weekly topics include:   

  • Communicating with your body 
  • Using color and nature to heal 
  • Letting go of blocks that cause physical pain 
  • On the go relaxation and healing   
  • Self-healing techniques for pain relief
  • Reclaiming and maintaining a body that feels good 

Spiritual Wellness for Women

Spiritual Wellness for Women, teaches you how to take back your personal power, establish relationship boundaries and protect against challenging environments holding you back. Get ready to reclaim your calm and remain present through the pressures of life. During this workshop you’ll learn energy wellness techniques that will have you feeling empowered to take on the world!

Participants will learn how to:

  • Reclaim personal power and create relationship boundaries
  • Be present, centered and grounded using day-to-day meditation techniques
  • Protect against unhealthy relationships and environments
  • Remain energetically balanced and healthy

Spiritual Wellness for Kids (ages 8 – 11) 

Spiritual Wellness for Kids, is the workshop you wish you took when you were a kid. Give your child the gift of learning how to love and honor themselves– helping them grow up feeling strong, confident and empowered to take on the world. During this workshop kids learn energy wellness techniques, daily meditations and have a ton of fun along the way!

Kids will learn how to: 

  • Use music to feel good 
  • Be calm and focused using fun day-to-day meditation techniques
  • Use nature to feel safe and comforted at home, school & at night
  • Listen to what their body is saying and how to communicate their needs to parents, teachers and friends
