The Container

The Energy CEO™ Collective is five weeks. Five group sessions. Five private sessions with me. A small, intentional Collective of leaders. 

What Changes in Your Work

Sessions held live on Wednesdays, 1:00 to 2:30 PM CT.

• July 8: Where You Are
  We name what has shifted, what is no longer working, and what you are walking through right now. The Collective meets. The work begins.

• July 15: Where You Lead From
  The real situations from your week become the material. We look at where you are leading from clarity and where you are leading from depletion, and what is actually happening beneath the surface.

• July 22: What is Asking to Change
  You bring what you have tested between sessions. What shifted and what did not. We refine in real time.

• July 29: The Rhythm That Holds
  We begin building the leadership rhythm that lets you lead at your level without losing yourself in the process. Calendar, decisions, presence, recovery.

• August 5: What You Carry Forward
  We close the arc. You leave with a clear sense of how you are leading now and what is yours to keep practicing.

Private Sessions
Private sessions with me are scheduled between July 11 and August 11. This is where the deeper, private work happens. You bring the real situations, the real decisions, the real weight. I bring the guidance that helps you carry it without losing yourself in the process.

Integration Period
August 12 through 14, 2026. Optional time with me for any final questions, reflection, or next-step conversations.
